Visionaire 61, the largest magazine ever published in the world (Guinness record), exposed at colette!

Visionaire was founded in 1991 a limited-edition multi-format fashion and art publication. It has featured the world’s leading artists, photographers, designers, filmmakers, musicians, and cultural icons. Visionaire is in the permanent library collections of The Museum of Modern Art, The Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden, The Smithsonian Institution, The Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, Instituto Tomie Ohtake, and The New York Public Library. Published 3 times a year, Visionaire features a different theme and format with each issue. Artists work in collaboration with Visionaire to produce their personal interpretations on a theme, and are given unparalleled freedom to push Visionaire’s original formats. - Colette

We clearly love our magazines and this one captures the work of various artists in collaboration, (Inez van Lamsweerde, Vinoodh Matadin, Mario Sorrenti,Karl Lagerfeld) to make something 'larger than life'. And it could be yours for a cool $1500.00. A perfect Visionaire does not come cheap!
