Cocktails and Caviar- The BC Negroni

Throw on cat-eye sunglasses, red lipstick and all the leopard print in your closet- BC’s Negroni recalls the Florentine dames of old. Mix up a batch of this aperitivo (best served after handmade gnocchi and decadent tiramisu) and channel la dolce vita.

Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces sweet vermouth

1 1/2 ounces Campari

1 1/2 ounces gin

Orange or grapefruit juice (optional)

Orange slice or twist for garnish

 

Method

Pour the ingredients into a glass (or pitcher) with ice cubes and stir well. Add a generous dash of OJ (or grapefruit juice) for those who prefer a slightly sweeter cocktail. Garnish with an orange slice.
