It’s endlessly on our resolution lists. Our doctors, naturopaths, moms and trainers all tell us to do it, and for great lengths of time, our commitment doesn’t waver, but how much water should we really be drinking? And what counts? Of course our bodies need lots to stay healthy, strong and for optimal function, but how much is enough? Or too much?
